- Production's promises are gone: "Ensure 100% software uptime… all the time", "Guarantee uninterrupted software availability", "keeps your services running so they never feel the impact", "Live in 24 hours", "24/7/365 event processing", "up to 12 months" and "$199 per hour". None of them is confirmed for the new product, and several are absolutes.
- The headline pairs the tagline "Full continuity." with the job, in the same words as the navigation: kept switched on while we recover.
- The 54-second Continuity film (6 Oct, voice v3) sits in the hero, as the product films do on the Escrow and Resilience pages. Its on-screen text matches this page: "Mapped at setup. Kept current." and "For an agreed period. Bills recharged at cost." The play button is centred and the title sits under the film, so no label prints over the map in the poster.

Why Continuity
Some applications can't wait for a recovery.
When a vendor stops, the live service can stop with it. Keeping the service switched on and recovering the application are two different jobs. Continuity does both.
A bill goes unpaid
The vendor pays for the hosting, cloud accounts and domains your application runs on. When the vendor stops, so do the payments.
One lapse switches off the rest
A suspended account or an expired domain can take the application offline, along with the services that depend on it.
Recovery takes time
Bringing an application back from its deposit is real work. Your users still need the live service while it happens.
How it works
Mapped in advance. Kept on. Brought back.
We map the live environment
During setup, we map where the application runs, the accounts it depends on and the services it needs. We review the map when the deposit changes and with each rebuild, so it stays current.
We keep it paid and switched on
If the vendor stops, we keep that environment paid and switched on for an agreed period, set per arrangement. We recharge the bills at cost.
We bring the application back
Meanwhile, the deposit comes to Codekeeper and we run the recovery, from a deposit already rebuilt with Agentic Verification on supported technology stacks.
Example map. The vendor has stopped: each item is kept paid and switched on for the agreed period, with the bills recharged at cost.
What's included
Everything in Resilience Pro. Plus the live environment.
Continuity sits above Resilience Pro, and everything underneath is included. That's what makes it full continuity.
Custody
The deposit, held under a Continuity arrangement, with an automated check, a vault report and a Software Resilience Certificate.
Recovery by us
The deposit comes to Codekeeper. If the application fails, we run the recovery for you.
Agentic Verification
Up to four rebuilds a year on supported technology stacks, with build steps, an SBOM, an Exit workbook and a Recoverability Certificate.
The live environment
Mapped at setup and kept current. If the vendor stops, kept paid and switched on for an agreed period, with the bills recharged at cost.
Hands-on operations
Billed by the hourNeed hands on the live service? Our engineers can operate it for you: monitoring, incidents and fixes. Best effort, billed by the hour, with no service level.
Cost coverage
QuotedThe cost of a recovery, under an agreed service level. Quoted per arrangement.
Resilience Pro or Continuity
The difference is the live service.
Both bring the application back. Continuity also keeps the live environment switched on while we do.
The line-up
Escrow, Resilience or Continuity.
Escrow means the deposit is released to you and you run the recovery. Resilience costs more because we do the recovery. Continuity costs more again because we also keep the live environment switched on.

Who it's for
The applications you can't be without, even for a day.
SaaS your operations run on
The platforms that schedule flights, move payments or keep a hospital ward running.
Systems where a stop shows at once
Payment, logistics and care systems: queues at the gate, cards that don't clear, a port that can't load.
What your board asks about first
If the first question is "what keeps it switched on?", Continuity is the answer, with a recovery behind it.

Questions
Before you choose Continuity.
How is Continuity different from Resilience Pro?
Both bring the application back from a deposit that's been rebuilt in advance. Continuity also maps the live environment at setup and, if the vendor stops, keeps it paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover.
What exactly do you keep switched on?
The parts of the live environment the application needs, as mapped at setup: typically hosting, cloud accounts, domains and critical third-party services.
For how long?
For an agreed period, set per arrangement. We agree it with you when we set up Continuity.
Who pays the bills during that period?
We keep them paid and recharge them to you at cost.
Will your engineers run the service for us?
They can. Hands-on operation of the live service, such as monitoring, incidents and fixes, is available on a best-effort basis, billed by the hour, with no guarantee or service level.
Does Continuity come with an uptime service level?
No. Continuity keeps the live environment paid and switched on for an agreed period while we recover. If you need the cost of a recovery under an agreed service level, add Cost coverage, quoted per arrangement.
What do you need from us at setup?
The details of the live environment: where the application runs, the accounts it depends on and the services it needs. We map it with you and agree the access we hold. Everything you deposit is encrypted at rest, and Codekeeper is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
We're on the previous continuity plan. What changes?
Nothing until renewal: your current plan stays as it is. Your account manager will talk you through the new Continuity before then.
Full continuity for the applications you can't lose.
We'll map what Continuity would cover for the systems that can't stop.
